3. Skate-boarders and roller-bladers must have proper protection – helmets, knee and elbow pads. Cycle helmets must be worn when riding bicycles.
4. Overnight bags should contain dressing-gown, slippers, nightwear and washing things, plus school uniform and clean pants and socks for the next day.
