- Direct support and practical help with fund raising events including “spreading the word ”
- Sponsoring fund raising Coffee Mornings, Dinner Parties or other Social Events
- Direct single or regular donation (eg annual or monthly)
[The use of Gift Aid by donors who are income tax payers increases the gift by 28% through reclamation of the tax already paid ] - Making contact with others who might help financially and encouraging them to donate
- Leaving a legacy to the Appeal in your will to remember the school and its work. [ This can reduce tax because of the school’s charitable status.]
- Providing Gifts in Kind, eg building materials and furnishing for the completed school

For nearly half a century we have provided a caring, exciting and challenging education for young children in Ripon. As well as academic successes, many of our pupils have gained outstanding musical and sporting skills. At present, much of the school works in buildings established in 1960. While there was an appeal in 1981-2 and a vital new sports hall, cloak-rooms, art and craft room and a small music wing were provided, these are now 25 years old. The time is ripe for an exceptional development of our site, to ensure a secure and purpose built school for the children in the future, and to provide Ripon with environmentally sustainable music, drama and sports venues. |
